As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals through quotes and new business referrals. Every day, you will build lasting relationships with customers and help protect what matters most to them.
A typical day might include the following Assist customers with their day-to-day insurance needs through phone calls, visits, and emails Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers Manage new and existing customer inquiries, sales, and product upsells Manage all customer accounts to resolve unresolved activity
Follow up on all customer accounts to resolve outstanding activity Keep current on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance companies Continue to develop self through industry, training and other courses Generate leads through community involvement and events Knowledge of each insurance company’s products, each company’s products, endorsements, packages and payment plans
Knowledge of each insurance company’s products, endorsements, packages, and payment plans New business and timely renewal sales to existing customers Value you bring Experience in achieving sales goals both individually and as a team Ability to work with multiple computer programs simultaneously RIBO/General Class 1 insurance license Understand policy/ coverage terms and conditions Strong sales and communication skills Experience with EPIC

Protection Specialist As a Protection Agent with Western Monetary Gathering, you will be one of the main faces our clients see when they stroll into our branches.
You will represent Western Financial Group and be an advocate for providing our clients with the right insurance options.
You will provide excellent service to existing customers and provide insurance quotes.
A typical day will include the following.
- Assist new and existing customers by suggesting needed products and services

Primary Duties
