Job Description. Real Estate Agents play an integral role in real estate transactions. Land is an interesting industry that is continually advancing. We are looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic, and able to think outside the box in order to provide our clients with the best real estate experience possible.
If you enjoy coming up with creative solutions to get a head start in a thriving real estate market, you would be a good fit for this role as an entry-level real estate agent. This is an entry level position, so no previous experience in the real estate industry is required.
We will provide you with the training and resources to become a successful agent. The real estate industry is highly independent, so this position is ideal for someone who is independent-minded and flexible.
Real estate professionals are compensated for each completed transaction. The more transactions you complete, the more you earn. After several years of disciplined work, it is not uncommon for real estate agents to be earning $100,000 or more after several years. The more work you put in to establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.

Duties
- Assist the construction team in launching and managing new condo/home projects throughout the Niagara Region
- Attend developer sales offices during sales campaigns
- Communicate with new leads with the goal of obtaining worksheets
- Match them with existing or new opportunities Nurture existing leads with the goal of matching them with existing or new opportunities
- Constantly update the CRM system with new information on leads Review transaction documents and ensure that all required documents have been submitted
- Follow up with customers and/or contractors regarding outstanding documents
- Collect deposit checks from agents/buyers and deliver to appropriate parties
- Other duties as assigned by the team leader
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in pre-construction/new development sector Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- 2+ years in the pre-construction/new development sector in the real estate industry preferred
- 2+ years working directly with new home developers/builders preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems (FollowupBoss, SaleFish, Spark, etc.) Including but not limited to.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Creative problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Meticulous organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office
- English verbal and written Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
